Yes. Every booking requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming us as additional insured — for any duration. A one-day production or event policy is quick and inexpensive. No COI, no keys.
The space is at ground level with a roll-up door and direct street access — no stairs or elevator to get inside, easy load-in for gear and rolling racks. The mezzanine is reached by an interior staircase (stairs only). The exact address and entry details are sent after your booking is confirmed.
Metered street parking is available around the building, with a paid lot a short walk away for crews and larger productions. The location is highly rideshare-accessible. Ask us about coordinating a lot for bigger bookings.
Each studio comfortably handles groups up to roughly 50–75 for events, and larger crews for shoots. Capacity is set by fire code — let us know your headcount and we'll confirm what works.
The only recording device is a security camera at the entrance, used for building security. It records video only — no audio. There are no cameras, microphones, or recording devices of any kind inside the rental space, so the entire interior is private. The entrance camera stays on at all times for security.
The space is thoroughly cleaned before every booking — floors swept and mopped, surfaces and high-touch areas wiped down, restroom cleaned, and trash removed, so you arrive to a fresh, ready space. A cleaning fee covers standard turnover; we just ask that you bag your trash, take your belongings, and leave the space as you found it. Excessive mess may incur an extra charge.
We're a guest-friendly space: outside catering is welcome, and alcohol and cannabis are permitted for guests 21+ in accordance with California law. Keep noise reasonable for neighbors, don't drill or nail into walls/floors/ceiling (free-standing décor is fine — you're responsible for any damage), and take your equipment and trash with you. Ask us about designated areas for smoking.
Yes — larger productions can take two studios or all three for more room, multi-set days, or bigger events. Note it in your request and we'll quote the set.
